Tyler Korff concentrates his practice in corporate and business law, including corporate governance, organization, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, commercial transactions, and employment matters. In addition, Tyler has been accredited by the VA to handle Veterans Benefits Claims since since February 2014. Tyler serves on the Board of Directors of National Amusements Inc, and the Board of Trustees of Brooklyn Law School, and received a B.A. from Columbia University and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Tyler is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
